Publishing and ownership

An account verified through Google or email is required to publish, update or restore a public site. By registering and publishing you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy. You keep ownership of content you upload. You must have the rights and permissions needed to publish it, and you authorize us to store and serve it for your chosen hosting period. You are responsible for the content, external resources, and scripts on your page.

A public URL does not establish ownership of a project. Account access is controlled by private sessions and verified owner email. Keep account links and API tokens private.

Plans, lifetime, and recovery

Free provides one active site for 24 hours from activation, with a DeployHTML badge and published fair-use limits. Original public content stops being served at expiry. Recoverable files remain for 7 further days, then are purged unless subject to a legal hold.

Paid prices and limits are shown before checkout. Annual charges are billed yearly. Canceling preserves access through the paid-through date. Hosting then pauses with a 7-day recovery and export period. No automatic overage charges apply.

Service boundaries

DeployHTML serves static files. It does not execute your server code or promise that uploaded content is private from authorized visitors. Pro collection is limited to declared forms, private owner responses, owner notifications, and invitations. Custom domains are coming soon.

Pornography and sexually explicit content, sexual exploitation (especially involving minors), gambling and betting services or their promotion, illegal drugs and their sale or promotion, phishing, malware, fraud, and other unlawful or abusive uses are prohibited. This includes linking or redirecting visitors to such services.

We may review reports, restrict access, immediately unpublish or suspend a site and all its assets, and restrict service where reasonably necessary to address a suspected policy violation, legal request, or urgent harm. We may act without prior notice where necessary. A report is not proof of a violation. Owners may use support to request review, explain legitimate use, and seek restoration. Payment does not exempt a site from these rules.

Free sites must display the DeployHTML badge with its link to our landing page. Do not remove, obscure or intercept it. Paid badge removal is subject to the plan. We record eligible HTML responses, badge click requests, landing arrivals and subsequent new-account publishing for product attribution.

Purchases and support

Checkout remains closed when the legal entity or provider configuration is incomplete. The applicable seller identity, payment terms, tax treatment, cancellation, and refund information must be supplied at checkout before any charge.

Use owner support for billing, data requests, and service concerns. These operational terms must be reviewed with the actual operating entity before a commercial public launch.
